Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when you order custom packaging or custom apparel from us.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to all quotes and orders placed with Mailer Boxes Co through this website, by email, phone or messaging. By approving a quote you agree to them.

2. Quotes and prices

“From” prices on our website are bulk prices per unit and exclude VAT. Your quote sets out the exact price for your specification and quantity and is valid for 30 days. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.

3. Artwork and approval

We provide a digital mock-up for your approval before production. Please check it carefully, including spelling, sizes, colours and placement. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors that appear in the approved mock-up.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all designs, logos and artwork you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights. Your designs remain your property.

4. Colours and tolerances

Colours on screen can differ from printed or dyed results. We match colours as closely as possible, and Pantone references help us get closer. Normal industry tolerances apply to print registration, cutting, board thickness, garment measurements and quantities (usually up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity).

5. Payment

Production starts once your mock-up is approved and payment, or an agreed deposit, has been received. Any balance is due before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates given in working days from approval and payment. See our delivery information. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Samples

Samples are available on request and may carry a charge. Sample times are added to the overall timeline.

8. Faults and returns

Custom products are made to your specification and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by our returns and refunds policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
