Delivery times
Custom packaging and custom apparel are made to order. Your order is delivered in 12–14 working days after you approve your final mock-up and payment is received. This includes production and delivery.
If you need your order by a specific date, tell us on the quote form and we will confirm whether we can meet it before you place the order.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Scottish Highlands and islands. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and outside the UK can be arranged on request and may take longer.
Delivery charges
UK delivery is included in your quote unless we tell you otherwise. Very large or palletised orders may need a delivery booking, and we will arrange this with you.
Tracking
Every order is sent with a tracked service. We email your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Receiving your order
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If any cartons are damaged, note this with the courier if possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help quickly. See our returns and refunds policy for details.
