Finishes that make a statement
Choose from coated, uncoated, textured and speciality papers, then add gold or silver foil, embossing, debossing or spot UV to highlight your logo. Soft-touch lamination gives a velvety feel, while a ribbon pull or magnetic flap adds a finishing touch. Inside, a printed lining or a custom-cut insert keeps the product presented exactly as you want it.
Inserts and protection
We make card, foam, EVA and moulded pulp inserts to hold bottles, jars, devices or multiple items securely. For delivery, pair your rigid box with an outer custom mailer box so it arrives in perfect condition.
From idea to delivery
Send us your product size and logo and we will create a free mock-up. Once you approve it, your boxes are made and delivered in 12–14 working days. The “From” price on each product is a bulk price per box, excluding VAT, and your quote shows the exact cost for your size, finish and quantity. What is a rigid box?
A rigid box is made from thick, non-folding chipboard (usually 1.5–2.5 mm) wrapped in printed or speciality paper. It is stronger and feels more premium than a folding carton.
What styles of rigid box do you make?
Two-piece lid and base, shoulder boxes, book-style magnetic closure, drawer or slide boxes and collapsible magnetic boxes that ship flat to save space.
Can I add an insert?
Yes. We make foam, card, EVA and moulded pulp inserts cut to the shape of your product so it sits perfectly in the box.
Which finishes are available?
Matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch, foil stamping in gold, silver, rose gold and other colours, embossing, debossing and spot UV.
Are rigid boxes recyclable?
The chipboard and paper wrap are recyclable. If you choose foam inserts or heavy lamination, we can suggest more recyclable alternatives.
