Custom T-shirts and tops for brands and merch
The T-shirt is the foundation of most clothing brands and merch drops, so it has to be right. We make custom T-shirts in the fits people actually want to wear: heavyweight boxy tees, oversized drop-shoulder styles, classic regular fits and cropped cuts. For colder months, our custom thermal long sleeves add a layering piece to your range.
Fabric and fit
Choose 100% cotton jersey from lightweight to heavyweight, combed or ring-spun cotton for softness, or a cotton blend for less shrinkage. Garment dyeing, pigment dyeing and washes create a lived-in vintage look. If you want something unique, we can cut and sew to your own measurements and size chart.
Decoration
Screen print, puff print, DTF, DTG and embroidery are all available, on the front, back, sleeves or neck. Add a woven neck label, printed care label and hang tag to make every tee feel like a finished retail product.
Order your tees
The minimum order is 20 pieces per style with mixed sizes. Pair your tees with hoodies or matching sets, ship them in branded mailer boxes and request your free mock-up and quote.

Which T-shirt fits do you offer?
Regular, boxy, oversized and drop-shoulder fits, plus cropped styles and long sleeves. We can also cut and sew to your own fit.
What fabric weights are available?
From lightweight 160 gsm cotton up to heavyweight 240–300 gsm jersey, which is popular for streetwear.
Which print method is best for T-shirts?
Screen print is best for bold designs in larger runs, DTF and DTG for detailed full-colour artwork, and puff print or embroidery for texture.
Can I mix sizes?
Yes. The minimum is 20 pieces per style and sizes can be mixed within that.
How long does it take?
12–14 working days in total after you approve your mock-up, with a progress update every week.
