Choose the board, then the print
Most orders start with one of three board colours. Kraft mailer boxes have a natural brown finish that suits eco-conscious brands and one or two-colour logos. White mailer boxes give the brightest, most accurate full-colour print. Black mailer boxes and coloured mailer boxes create a premium, bold look. For heavier or fragile products, our double wall mailer boxes and corrugated mailer boxes add extra strength.
Print outside only, or inside and outside for a reveal moment when the lid opens. Finish the box in matte, gloss or soft-touch lamination, then add foil, spot UV or embossing to make your logo stand out.

Pricing, minimums and delivery
Every product page shows a “From” price, which is our bulk price per box excluding VAT. Your exact price depends on size, quantity, print and finish, and larger runs bring the price per box down. We keep minimum order quantities low so small brands can order printed packaging, and orders are delivered in 12–14 working days across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

What is a mailer box?
A mailer box is a one-piece folding box made from corrugated board, with a hinged lid, locking front tabs and dust flaps. It assembles without tape and is strong enough to post on its own.
Can you make mailer boxes to my exact size?
Yes. Every mailer box is made to your inside dimensions in millimetres. If you are not sure, tell us what goes inside and we will suggest a size.
Which board should I choose?
Kraft gives a natural brown look and is the most cost-effective. White board shows bright, full-colour print. For heavier items we recommend a double wall or E-flute board, and we will advise when we quote.
Can you print on the inside of the box?
Yes. Inside print is one of the most popular upgrades. Choose “Inside & outside” on the product page and we will include it in your mock-up and price.
Are your mailer boxes recyclable?
Our corrugated mailer boxes are made from recyclable board and can go in UK household paper and card recycling. Kraft board contains a high share of recycled fibre.
How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive in 12–14 working days after you approve your mock-up, with tracked delivery anywhere in the UK.
