Product mailer boxes are built around one hero product. Instead of choosing the nearest stock size, we take your product’s dimensions and make a mailer that fits it closely, with just enough room for tissue or a card. The product looks deliberate in the box, and it does not move in transit.

Every order of product Mailer Boxes is made to your dimensions in millimetres (length × width × height). Not sure of the size? Usually 2–5 mm on each side is enough. We will check your measurements and suggest the inside size in your mock-up.

Can you work from a sample?
