Tuck End Boxes
Custom tuck end boxes for retail, cosmetics and supplements: reverse tuck, straight tuck, tuck top and window styles printed in full colour.
Custom tuck end boxes for retail-ready products
Tuck end boxes are the folding cartons you see on every shop shelf, from skincare and supplements to candles, tea and small electronics. They are light, cost-effective and print beautifully, which makes them the most practical choice for products that sit on a shelf or travel inside an outer shipper. We make custom tuck end boxes to your exact size, printed in full colour on both sides if you need it.
Tuck end styles
- Reverse tuck end boxes, the most economical style, with flaps tucking from opposite sides.
- Tuck top boxes with a strong tuck lid that suits gifts and subscription inserts.
- Window tuck boxes that show the product through a clear film window.
- Tuck top mailer boxes in corrugated board, strong enough for the post.
Print and finishing
We print in full CMYK colour, Pantone spot colours or both. Add matte, gloss or soft-touch lamination for protection, then highlight details with foil, spot UV or embossing. Barcodes, ingredient lists, batch codes and recycling symbols are placed exactly where you need them, and you approve everything on a free digital proof.
Built for shelves and shipping
Tuck end boxes are usually made from 300–400 gsm folding boxboard. For heavier products we can step up to a micro-flute board, and we can add hang tabs, inserts or partitions. If your cartons will be posted, pack them into a branded custom mailer box for a complete unboxing.

Questions about tuck end boxes
What is a tuck end box?
A tuck end box is a folding carton with flaps at the top and bottom that tuck into the box to close it. It is light, stacks well and is ideal for retail shelves.
What is the difference between reverse tuck and straight tuck?
On a reverse tuck end box the top and bottom flaps tuck in from opposite sides. On a straight tuck both tuck in from the same side, which gives a cleaner front panel for print.
Can I add a window?
Yes. We can cut a window in any shape and seal it with a clear PET film so customers can see the product.
Which board do you use?
Usually 300–400 gsm folding boxboard (SBS or kraft). For heavier products we can use a micro-flute corrugated board.
Do you print barcodes and ingredient panels?
Yes. Send your barcode and regulatory text and we will place it on the artwork for you to approve.
