Mailer Boxes Co now makes custom clothing as well as custom packaging. Whether you are launching a streetwear label, creating merch for a creator or band, kitting out a team or producing staff uniforms, we make garments to your design from just 20 pieces per style, then pack them in branded boxes so they arrive ready to sell.

What we make

• T-shirts and tops, including heavyweight, boxy, oversized and thermal styles.
• Hoodies and sweatshirts in fleece and French terry, from zip-ups to cropped fits.
• Bottoms: joggers, shorts, trousers and leggings.
• Matching sets: hoodie sets, crewneck sets, short sets and windbreaker tracksuits.

Decoration options

Choose the technique that suits your design: screen print for bold, durable colour, puff print for a raised 3D effect, DTF and DTG for detailed full-colour artwork, embroidery and chenille patches for a premium textured finish, or sublimation for all-over prints. Denim and streetwear pieces can be acid washed, distressed or patchworked.

How it works

We reply within 24 hours with questions or a quote, send a free mock-up, offer a sample if you want one, then produce your order in 12–14 working days in total. The “From” price on each product is a bulk price per piece, excluding VAT, and your quote shows the exact price for your fabric, decoration and quantity. Your designs always remain yours.
