Not every product needs corrugated board. Boxboard, also called paperboard or folding boxboard, is a single thick sheet that folds crisply and gives a very smooth surface for detailed print. Our boxboard mailer boxes are ideal for light products, retail presentation and inner packaging.

Is boxboard strong enough to post?
For light items it can be, but for most mailing we recommend corrugated board. Boxboard works best for retail or inside an outer box.
What is the difference between boxboard and chipboard?
Boxboard has a smooth coated surface for print. Chipboard is a grey recycled board that is often used for rigid boxes or covered with paper.
