Rigid boxes do not fold, so for posting we recommend shipping them inside a branded corrugated mailer.
Sizes and dimensions
Every order of rigid boxes is made to your dimensions in millimetres (length × width × height). Not sure of the size? Choose “Not sure — suggest a size” in the options above and tell us what you are packing, and we will recommend dimensions and show them in your mock-up. You can also order several sizes in the same design to cover your whole range.

Which rigid box style should I choose?
Lid-and-base boxes are classic and cost-effective. Book-style magnetic boxes feel premium and open like a book. Drawer boxes create a slide-out reveal. We will help you choose.
Can rigid boxes be posted on their own?
They are strong, but the paper wrap can scuff. We recommend an outer mailer for postal delivery.
